These terms are separate and distinct from the formal Client Service Agreement executed prior to the start of in-home services. Information presented on this website is for educational and intake purposes only and does not constitute formal medical advice.

No-Contract Guarantee & Transparent Service Terms:
Changing Seasons Healthcare believes in client autonomy and transparent care. Unless explicitly governed by specific Medicaid waiver guidelines or third-party authorization parameters, our private-pay services are provided under a No-Contract Guarantee. You are only responsible for paying for services scheduled and rendered. You maintain the right to adjust, pause, or terminate in-home services at any time by providing written or verbal notice in accordance with our standard discharge notice policy, without non-cancellation penalty fees.

Safe Working Environment Obligation:
To ensure the safety, health, and well-being of our visiting nurses, caregivers, and direct support professionals, clients and their households agree to maintain a safe and suitable care environment. This includes: Providing safe, clear physical access to and within the home. Securing domestic pets during caregiver visits. Maintaining a smoke-free and hazard-free area during direct care service hours. Ensuring staff are treated with dignity and respect, free from harassment, violence, or unsafe illegal activity. Changing Seasons Healthcare reserves the right to suspend or adjust service delivery if a client's home environment poses an unmitigated safety or health hazard to field staff.

In no event will Changing Seasons Healthcare, its founders, employees, or agents be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Site or any websites linked to it, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms and all disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in Johnston County, North Carolina.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
